1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and complete the payment—your order will be processed right away!

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We currently ship to most countries in Europe and the United States. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times:

📦 United States: 7-14 business days
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our tracking page or the courier’s website.
7. What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking does not update for 14 business days, please contact us at info@furseasons-petstore.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day recall right (EU customers) and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee worldwide. If you’re not happy with your product, you can return it within these periods.
📌 EU Customers: Returns under the 14-day recall right are at your own expense.
📌 Damaged or incorrect products: We cover return costs for defective or incorrect items.

9. How do I return a product?
1. Email info@furseasons-petstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in original condition & packaging.
4. Once received, we process your refund within 5-10 business days.

11. What if my pet doesn’t like the product?
